Shoals Community Clinic invites you to schedule an appointment during our 2026 Spring Women’s Health Fair, April 20th and 21st.

For our Spring Walking Challenge Kick Off this year, we will have a 10-week Spring Walk and a 10-week Fall Walk. We kick off the Spring walk Saturday March 21st, at the Royal Avenue Recreation Center at 9:30 AM. LaDarius Prince will lead us in a lively Dance/Exercise program, followed by a one mile group walk in Martin Park, which is adjacent to the Rec Center. Enjoy a variety of FREE fresh produce. The Food Bank of Alabama, in partnership with Shoals Community Clinic and United Way of Northwest Alabama are providing this opportunity for the community. The event will take place at St. James MB Church (325 Wallace St., Florence, AL 35630) and is free and open to the public.

Preventative health screenings promote wellness and save lives. As such, Shoals Community Clinic, in partnership with UNA Anderson College of Nursing and Health Professions, will be hosting its annual Community Health Fair on Monday, October 13th, from 9am-2pm.

Screening and early detection of breast and cervical cancer is the most effective way to successfully overcome and survive a dire diagnosis. With that in mind, the Shoals Community Clinic, in partnership with the UNA Anderson College of Nursing and Health Professions, Florence Pathology Service, Tri-State Center for Breast Health, and Lauderdale County Radiology, will host the annual Catherine Barnes Women's Health Fair on October 20th and 24th at the clinic at 309-B WC Handy

Join Shoals Community Clinic for group walks on Thursdays at 4:30pm during the Walk Across Alabama program for 2024.

The patient was very thankful to have a primary caregiver who would help her get her blood pressure back under control.

Those with low incomes, without adequate insurance, need access to timely cervical cancer screening, diagnostic, and treatment services.
