Dental Clinic 9/12/25
There will be a dental clinic on 9/12/25 (Friday, September 12th). To be seen, patients MUST be at the clinic for paperwork and X-rays by Noon for paperwork and X-rays. (Please, note there will be no admittance prior to Noon.)

Shoals Community Clinic will be closed this Thursday (July 31, 2025) and Friday (August 1, 2025) due to summer vacations and out of town engagements. Please, plan accordingly.
