PREVENTATIVE HEALTH SCREENINGS SAVE LIVES

Regular health screenings and vaccinations prevent the onset of more serious disease. Chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes are frequently missed in general health visits and can become life threatening if left unchecked and untreated. The Shoals Community Clinic is a primary care facility that serves working age adults that do not have health insurance. Regular testing and treatment is a provided service to clinic patients. The health fairs help to promote good health and wellbeing for the entire community. This is an important part of the clinic's mission.

The Annual Community Health Fair is free to the entire community, and will be held at the Shoals Community Clinic, located at 309-B WC Handy Place in Florence, Alabama. For more information, please contact the clinic at (256) 760-4713.
