Rock the River to benefit 211

United Way is sponsoring a fundraising event to benefit 211 Calling Service on June 4th at Riverfront Park in Sheffield. There are more details on their website and facebook event page:

211 is a toll free helpline that connects people with needed services from emergency shelters to utility assistance. Many people are referred to the clinic through this service.

This promises to be a very fun event and something that the whole family would enjoy.
